Avi Kaplan

Als Avi Kaplan 2017 seine Solokarriere startete, hatte er sich bereits ein weltweites Publikum aufgebaut und als Mitglied der Platin-verkaufenden Gesangsgruppe Pentatonix drei GRAMMY Awards gewonnen. Im August 2024 veröffentlichte er seine erste Single als unabhängiger Solokünstler, „Move Our Souls“, ein Debüt, dem er Anfang 2025 zwei weitere Singles folgen ließ - „Peace Somehow“ und „Set Me Free“ - um die Vorfreude auf seine kommende 5-Track-EP zu steigern. Die Veröffentlichung dieses Projekts mit dem Titel „Move Our Souls“ - eine frische Palette hochenergetischer Klänge, die Sie zum Tanzen bringen werden - markiert den Beginn eines arbeitsreichen Jahres 2025 für den gefeierten Singer-Songwriter.

Avi wird diesen Sommer wieder auf Tournee gehen, um die „Move Our Souls“-EP zu präsentieren. Nach dem Auftakt am 18. April in Portland, OR, wird Avi diese ansteckende Stimmung bei 40 Shows in den USA, Großbritannien und der EU verbreiten.

WUK is a 12000-square-metre space of culture, workshops, and social gathering. Located in one of the biggest cultural centres of Europe, it is also at the intersection of artistic practice, labour, and political engagement. The former locomotive factory is now home to our four main program areas (music, theatre/dance, children's culture, arts at Kunsthalle Exnergasse:), 150 independent cultural groups and initiatives, and educational and advisory projects. WUK provides a venue as well as organizational support to those interested in art, politics, and social engagement. We offer various opportunities to get involved, including the use of the venue and organization support for social, artistic, or political projects.
