Eine Explosion aus peitschenden Riffs, psychedelischen Breakdowns, falschen Enden und mitreißenden Returns: „Drifting“ destilliert die Essenz von ELLiS·Ds „berauschender“ (Far Out) Live-Show in eine frenetische 7-minütige Reise – eine Live-Show, die im letzten Jahr zwei landesweite Headliner-Tourneen, Festivalauftritte bei Kendal Calling und Left of The Dial sowie eine zweiwöchige Europatournee mit Fat Dog einläutete, der im Frühjahr ein zweiter Teil folgt.

Die zweite EP Spill auf Crafting Room Recordings wurde vollständig von ELLiS·D selbst (alias Ellis Dickson) in den Hackney Road Studios mit Shuta Shinoda (Hot Chip, Jenny Beth) geschrieben und aufgeführt. „Drifting“ bietet den letzten Track der kommenden Spill-EP von ELLiS·D, einem Jetstream aus sieben Songs raketengetriebenem, Gothic-angehauchtem Glam-Punk, befallen von der Paranoia des 21. Jahrhunderts.
