Go-Jo, das Soloprojekt des aufstrebenden Popstars Marty Zambotto, wuchs abseits der Zivilisation auf einem autarken Anwesen im abgelegenen Westaustralien auf. Seine besondere Erziehung gab Go-Jo die Chance, seinen einmaligen Sound und Charakter zu entwickeln. Nachdem er mit 13 seine erste Gitarre bekam, begann Go-Jo, Songs für andere zu produzieren und zu schreiben, bevor er seine eigene Stimme fand und sein Soloprojekt startete. Was Go-Jo von anderen Künstlern unterscheidet, ist seine unglaubliche Fähigkeit zu schreiben, zu produzieren, aufzunehmen, zu mischen, zu mastern und als Künstler aufzutreten, während er gleichzeitig ein fast angeborenes Talent dafür hat, eine Verbindung zu seinen Fans aufzubauen und das Publikum sowohl persönlich als auch online zu unterhalten und einzubeziehen.
