Johann Holtrop, a Machiavellian doer, is the CEO of a media group with over 80,000 employees worldwide and a balance sheet total of 15 billion euros. Holtrop lives in the delusion of the absolute present: his ego and charisma bulldoze everything that stands in his way - until his steep career comes to an abrupt end.

In this rhythmically driving production, eight actresses and a live band tell the story of the rise and fall of a manager, of political upheavals in the noughties and, last but not least, of male leadership and greed-driven power dynamics.
