Der Revisor

A small town like thousands of others: a corrupt mayor, grievances in the healthcare, justice, and education systems, and daily growing discontent among the population. Everything could go on so smoothly if it weren't for the sudden rumor that an auditor from the big city had come to check on things. Fearing exposure, the young guest is forced to accept bribes and even their own daughter. However, everyone only realizes that he is just a penniless civil servant who happened to land in the small town after he has already disappeared.
