New Years Concert in rome

The traditional New Year Concert performed by the ensemble of the I Virtuosi dell'Opera Orchestra of Rome in the prestigious Church of San Paolo entro le Mura. Produced by Musica&Musica for more than twenty years, this year's programme will consist of a selection of the best-known opera arias, the most famous waltzes from the Viennese tradition, and Christmas carols. Guests will include soprano S. Testa, tenor A. Gentili and Baritone M. Utzeri.

The traditional New Year's Concert performed by the ensemble of the Orchestra of I Virtuosi dell'opera di Roma in the prestigious Church of St Paul within the Walls. On scene for over 20 years, it's a lyrical concert, enriched by famous waltzes and christmas songs. Introducing the Soprano S. Testa, the Tenor A. Gentili and the Baritone M. Utzeri.

Lugar

San Pablo Intramuros (en italiano, San Paolo dentro le mura, en inglés, St Paul's Within the Walls), también conocida como la Iglesia americana en Roma, es una iglesia de la Convocación de Iglesias Episcopales en Europa en Via Nazionale en Castro Pretorio, Roma. Fue la primera iglesia protestante construida en Roma.​ Diseñada por el arquitecto inglés George Edmund Street en estilo neogótico, fue construida en piedra y ladrillo polícromo,​ y se terminó en 1880.

La iglesia contiene mosaicos que son las obras de mayor tamaño del artista inglés prerrafaelita Edward Burne-Jones.
