The world-famous Salzburg Fortress Concerts, with 300 Mozart concerts a year, are one of the largest chamber music concert series. The special atmosphere of the 900-year-old Hohensalzburg Fortress, combined with the outstanding acoustics of the Golden Hall, allow concert-goers to experience far more than just a Mozart concert in Salzburg. From the concert hall, high above the city, you have an incomparable and unique view of the city of Salzburg and its surroundings. The most popular works by Mozart and Strauss as well as other great masters of music are performed by internationally renowned soloists.

Festungsbahn & fortress admission free from 1 hour before the concert begins.

Due to structural conditions, the Golden Hall is only partially suitable for people with limited mobility.

The Mozart Dinner Concert Salzburg in the Panorama Restaurant at Hohensalzburg Fortress is a unique and unmistakable highlight. High above the rooftops of the city, the evening begins with a select 3-course dinner in the most beautiful rooms of the restaurant. The breathtaking view of the city of Salzburg and the landscape around the city of Mozart, surrounded by majestic mountains, could not be more beautiful. As a special highlight, VIP Dinner/Golden VIP Dinner & Mozart Concert guests are served the VIP Dinner/Golden VIP Dinner on the panoramic terrace, weather permitting.
